All sales are final. Valley Supply Club sells limited supply-drop inventory, overstock, and closeout product. Please review your order carefully before completing a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Valley Supply Club does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase is completed. This applies to:

  • Bulk tissue
  • Overstock products
  • Excess inventory
  • Supply-drop products
  • Simplified packaged products
  • Special orders
  • Reserved inventory
  • Deposits
  • Pickup orders
  • Delivery orders

2. Why Sales Are Final

Our products are sold from limited supply drops.

Inventory may be available for a short time only, and products may vary by brand, packaging, quantity, size, and availability.

Because products are limited and priced based on current supply, we cannot guarantee replacement inventory or accept returns once a sale is complete.

3. Please Review Before Buying

Before paying, please confirm:

  • Product type
  • Quantity
  • Price
  • Packaging condition
  • Pickup or delivery details
  • Location
  • Date and time
  • Any special notes about the product

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the order details are acceptable.

4. Deposits Are Final

Deposits are final unless Valley Supply Club cancels the order and chooses to issue a refund.

Deposits may be used to reserve inventory, prepare an order, hold product, arrange pickup, schedule delivery, or cover administrative costs.

If a customer cancels, does not respond, misses pickup, misses delivery, or changes their mind, the deposit may be forfeited.

5. Missed Pickup or Delivery

If you miss your scheduled pickup or delivery, contact us as soon as possible.

We may attempt to reschedule at our discretion.

Additional pickup, delivery, storage, or handling fees may apply.

If we cannot reach you or you fail to complete pickup or delivery within the agreed time, your order may be canceled without refund.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Although all sales are final, we want customers to receive what they paid for.

If you believe your order is incorrect, missing items, or has a major issue, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Name
  • Order details
  • Photos
  • Pickup or delivery date
  • Description of the issue
  • Proof of purchase

Valley Supply Club will review the issue and may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • Correction
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial credit
  • Other reasonable solution

A refund is not guaranteed.

7. Packaging Differences

Some products may come in simplified bulk packaging instead of full retail packaging.

Packaging differences are not considered a defect if they were disclosed or visible before purchase.

Because we sell overstock and supply-drop inventory, packaging, labels, and product appearance may vary.

8. Product Preferences

Refunds or exchanges are not provided for personal preference issues, including:

  • Brand preference
  • Roll size preference
  • Packaging preference
  • Texture preference
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Buying too much
  • Finding a lower price elsewhere
  • No longer needing the product

9. Product Availability

We do not guarantee that the same product, price, brand, packaging, or quantity will be available again.

Supply-drop inventory changes.

Once an item sells out, it may not return.

10. Cancellations by Valley Supply Club

Valley Supply Club may cancel an order if:

  • Inventory is no longer available
  • Pricing was listed incorrectly
  • Payment fails
  • Delivery cannot be completed
  • Customer information is incomplete
  • We suspect fraud or misuse
  • The order cannot be reasonably fulfilled

If Valley Supply Club cancels an order before fulfillment, we may issue a refund, credit, or alternative option at our discretion.
